Do I need Professional Organising?

Professional organising isn’t a simple “tidy up”. It’s a complete transformation of a day-to-day life. We analyse the needs of people and evaluate the opportunities and constraints of a space to unlock the best way to set up a room, a zone, or a whole home, in order to make the lives of the people that live and use that space as easy as possible.

Congratulations! You are already one step closer to regaining control and living a more peaceful life. Here is a quick overview of how our process works.
Initial Consultation
No commitment and at no cost to you. We will ask you a few questions about your space, your needs and your priorities. This will allow us to prepare a project quote. This call is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have. We recommend having this consultation over a video call but can be a phone call or even via WhatsApp messages.
Book your sessions
Once you have accepted the quote we will select the project dates and you will pay a deposit to secure the service. Any information or preparation you need before our arrival will be coordinated before the first session.
Transformation Time
Leave it all to us! We are here to make your life easier, not only after but during! Our team will take over, categorising, organising, systemising, everything-ising! The only input we may need from you will be during the decluttering to make some decisions but we will guide you through it so it's not overwhelming. The results are nothing short of Magic!
Ongoing Support
After we finish a project we don't leave you hanging! As a valued customer we check in with you to see how our systems are working, we provide ongoing support, discounted maintenance sessions and other perks. Our goal is long term results so we offer long term support to our "Tidly Ever After" community.

- SPRINT SESSIONS: the work is done in multiple consecutive days of intense transformation with a team of organisers

What locations do you cover?
If you’re looking for a professional organiser, lets have a chat. We are mainly based in Bristol and London, however we often work across the UK. We’ve been from Leeds all the way down to Southampton and even taken on projects abroad. Just send us a message in the contact form and we’ll take it from there!
Is the consultation free?
Yes! It’s completely free! The consultation is usually a 15-25min video call but can also be a phone call or even a chat via WhatsApp messages if you prefer. It’s important that we get to know each other a bit and see your space (through video/pictures) so that we can best estimate the size/duration of the project an provide you with a quote.
How long will it take to do one room?
The short answer is “it depends”. Each project is different and each space has different needs, different levels of complexity, different requirements. We explore all the factors that can impact on the duration of a project in an initial consultation so we can provide an estimate that is tailored to you.
As a reference, based on previous projects, a single room (whether that is a playroom, a bedroom, a kitchen or other) can take anywhere from 6 hours to 20 hours or sometimes more.

Do I need to be present?
We do the bulk or the work completely independently, however, specifically during decluttering we will need your input as the ultimate decision of what stays and what goes is yours. However, we prepare the space, categorise items, and guide you through the decluttering process so that you can make the best decisions with minimal time required from you.
In the past some clients have taken days off, others have been working from home and been available for short 5-10 min sessions throughout the day, and others have even made decluttering choices by text messages while travelling! We work around you and your needs, it all starts with a chat, so book your free consultation today!
Are storage products included?
Yes and No. We provide some items that we always bring to any job (ex: cable ties, labels, small organisational pouches), but other, larger products like baskets, containers, hangers, etc are very specific to each project (type, style, sizes, etc). We help source these by taking precise measurements and recommending products that fit in the space, function the way the space needs it to, and fits your style aesthetic. The products are then purchased at a separate cost directly by the client.
